Design version of the famous S&S teardrop air cleaner cover. Thise cover only fit S&S air cleaners as supplied with Super E & G carburetors. The “Desperado” has slots in the top for increased air intake. S&S claims a 1-2 horsepower increase over the stock teardrop air cleaner cover.

Note: 2007-2015 European Softail models, 2007-2016 European Dyna models and 2007 European Touring models are equipped with an Active Intake Sensor that must be removed when installing an aftermarket air cleaner. When you install a ZPN702022 “Trick-Box”, which is a plug-in module for the stock wiring harness, you avoid a warning light coming on at your dash.
