These superb valves are one piece forged from a racing grade stainless steel alloy. The liquid nitriding process creates a valve that is smoother and stronger than traditional OEM or replacement valves. Stems are centerless ground to a micro finish for a longer life and feature a 45 degree angle below the lock groove to facilitate valve seal installation. All AV&V Extreme Duty valves are black nitride coated. Valves for 2005 to present Twin Cams are also available in a hard chrome version.
