Bikes that have had the stock electric speedometer replaced with an aftermarket speedometer that does not have a dedicated speed output wire have the problem that the automatic turn signal cancel, factory cruise control, or factory radio volume control do not work any longer. This speed buffer converts the signal from a stock HD transmission speed sensor into the required signal for these functions. The matchbox size unit taps into the three wires from the speed sensor and provides a new, corrected signal out.
