Single hand tools used to adjust the spring pre-load of the rear shock absorbers. Does not require jacking or lifting of the rear wheel off the ground. The universal type works on most Harley models, except XG500 & XG750 Street, XR1200 and 2016 to present XL models, nor XL and Dyna models equipped with Premium Emulsion Shocks. The Softail version works on all 1984 thru 2017 Softail models, including Deuce, Rocker and Breakout.
