For the latest generation HD’s, S&S is packaging their bolt-in Big Bore kits with a 550 cam, cam plate and high flow oil pump as well as valve springs, lifters and pushrods. All kits can be installed without machining the crankcase and are available with gear or chain drive cams and are designed to make big, reliable power.

•4.250″ bore cylinders with forged pistons for 124CI and 128CI kits
•4.320″ bore cylinders with forged pistons for 129CI and 132CI kits
•Precision machined billet aluminum oil pump and cam plate
•Quickee Pushrods
•Your choice of chrome or gloss black pushrod tubes
•S&S Premium Tappets
•Hard anodized billet aluminum tappet cuffs
•S&S 550 camshaft, designed for Big Bore applications
•Your choice of chain drive or complete gear drive that provides improved cam timing accuracy and eliminates stock chain tensioner
•High Performance conical single wire valve spring kit with top and bottom collars, keepers & valve seals

Note: OEM head bolts are a stretch-to-torque design and can only be used once. Consequently, installation requires the use of eight stock replacement head bolts ZPN 782792 or a super strong and re-useable head bolt kit from S&S (ZPN 789136) or Feuling/ARP (ZPN 781168)
