Dress up your bike with this stunning teardrop style air cleaner. Its smooth lines match perfectly with both stock and stretched fuel tanks. The air cleaner backing plate features an incorporated velocity stack for improved air flow. Kit comes complete with show chrome cover, backing plate, gasket and 90 degree breather hose fitting. Fits all models with Keihin CV carburetor, such as 1991 to present Evolution Sportster, 1990 thru 1999 Evolution Big Twin, and 1999 thru 2017 Twin Cam including cable throttle Delphi Fuel Injected models. Installation requires the use of an air cleaner support bracket on all models, as well as a cylinder crankcase breather kit on “Thru the head breading” models. Brackets and crankcase breather kits can be found elsewhere in this chapter. Air cleaner measures 7 5/8″ high, 12 3/4″ wide and 3 1/2″ deep.

Note: European Softail 2007-2015, European Dyna 2007-2016 & European Touring 2007 are equipped with an Active Intake Sensor that must be removed when installing an aftermarket air cleaner. When you install a ZPN 702022 “Trick-Box”, which is a plug-in module for the stock wiring harness, you avoid a warning light coming on at your dash.
