Made in Germany handlebars for 1970 and later Harley-Davidsons except XG Street models.4-Hole style bars are designed to route the handlebar switch wires through custom risers wit hollow studs. Throttle-By-Wire style bars are ready to take the electronic throttle control as introduced in 2008 on Touring models.

Throttle-By-Wire
B. Generation 1 (TBW-Gen.1) is the electronic throttle as on CVO Softail 2011-2015, all Softail 2016-2024,  110CI FXDLS 2016-2017, all Trike 2009 to present, 96, 103, 107, 110 and 114CI Touring 2008-2024 and 117CI Touring 2018-2023. These bars are notched and approx. 17/32″ (13.5mm) shorter at the right side for the Throttle Grip Sensor that slips into the handlebar.
C. Generation 2 (TBW-Gen.2) is the electronic throttle as on RA Pan America and RH Sportster 2021 to present. These have the Throttle Grip Sensor inside the switch housing.
D. Generation 3 (TBW-Gen.3) is the electronic throttle as on 121CI CVO Touring 2023 to present, all 117CI  Touring 2024 to present and all Softail 2025 to present. These bars have dowel pin holes for the handlebar controls and the Throttle Grip Sensor inside the switch housing

Notes: •Dimpled handlebars have indents at the handlebar controls to route the switch wiring •3-Hole handlebars allow routing of the switch wiring through the handlebars. Wiring exits in the mid lower part of the handlebars •4-Hole handlebars allow routing of the switch wiring through the handlebars and “Hidden Wire” risers such as ZPN731590
