Has a metal base lined with carpet on the bottom, black anti-slip top, two straps to fasten your luggage and two side straps with plastic covered metal hooks for a secure fit to your fender or struts. Rack is 7 1/4″ (84mm) wide and 12 1/2″ (317mm) long. Capable to carry a maximum load of 15kg.
