Features a permanently lubricated relief valve with all-steel construction and 12% more filter media than other similar filters. The automotive-quality impregnated paper element is much more effective in particulate filtration than the stock fiber element, and superior in its resistance to acid build-up. Pleated paper element within a plated screen allows the entire oil flow to be forced thru instead of just over its surface during high oil pressure situations like start-up and acceleration. This filter eliminates the mess associated with the OEM filter, and takes only seconds to change. Fits most models with in-tank filters from 53-83.
