We offer technology from the USA in this advance weight assembly made by American Prime Mfg. The shaft and plate are made from stainless steel and are machined to exact tolerance. The weights are heat treated and coated with High-Tech polymers and are held in place by stainless steel pins. The springs are made from high quality phosphate-coated spring-tempered music wire and wound to exact specifications for proper advancement of the weight, then the springs are heat treated and white plated for durability. Smoother idle and throttle response are assured. This superior assembly can be used for all points systems and Dyna S, Daytona TwinTec VT-I and other electronic ignition systems that require a mechanical advance unit. Note: Cam not included.
