Andrews offers these gear sets in three different gear ratio’s. A stock replacement 3.00 ratio set, a 2.60 and a 2.44 ratio set. The 2.44 ratio set is the best choice for Superglides and other lighter bikes with stock motor or transmission sprockets. The 2.60 ratio gear set works best with Electra Glides and other heavy bikes. Also applicable for light bikes with larger transmission sprockets. When installing the non-stock gear sets in 1980-1984 FX models, a 21 tooth 2nd gear ZPN 234712 must be installed too.
