Engines assembled in the USA from aftermarket parts sourced in the USA, Japan, Germany and Taiwan. Engines are tested for oil pressure and have been test-run on stand. After this the head bolts have been re-torqued. All engines come with installed distributor. A carburetor is included where indicated. A generator is not included.
