Jack Tracey, life-long member and President of the world’s oldest motorcycle club, the Yonkers Motorcycle Club and owner of the Harley-Davidson dealership in Yonkers (NY) asked Stelling & Helling to develop handlebars taller than the original “comfortable” Speedster bars. S&H came up with these ones with horn and dimmer switch mount holes on the left side and a shortened grip area for use with the short Hellings type spirals. These bars are made for in-line Springer forks with the outer holes measuring 4 3/4″ (120.7mm) center to center and come complete with parkerized end plugs. Order pinch bolts and two short spirals separately. Grips must be cut to length for this installation. “In-line” forks were originally made for 1936-1940 Big Twin with 28° frame neck, 1941-1945 Big Twin with 29° frame neck, 1929-1957 45CI Solo and 1937-1957 Servi-Car. Offset forks were stock on 1946-1948 EL and FL Big Twin with the 30° frame neck as well as most reproduction rigid frames with stock 30° neck.

Throttle-By-Wire
B. Generation 1 (TBW-Gen.1) is the electronic throttle as on CVO Softail 2011-2015, all Softail 2016-2024,  110CI FXDLS 2016-2017, all Trike 2009 to present, 96, 103, 107, 110 and 114CI Touring 2008-2024 and 117CI Touring 2018-2023. These bars are notched and approx. 17/32″ (13.5mm) shorter at the right side for the Throttle Grip Sensor that slips into the handlebar.
C. Generation 2 (TBW-Gen.2) is the electronic throttle as on RA Pan America and RH Sportster 2021 to present. These have the Throttle Grip Sensor inside the switch housing.
D. Generation 3 (TBW-Gen.3) is the electronic throttle as on 121CI CVO Touring 2023 to present, all 117CI  Touring 2024 to present and all Softail 2025 to present. These bars have dowel pin holes for the handlebar controls and the Throttle Grip Sensor inside the switch housing
