Kit comes complete with chrome plated billet aluminum base plate, chrome hose fittings, spin-on chrome oil filter, and mounting bolts. OEM and most aftermarket type regulator bolts straight to it. Kit fits all 4 speed Big Twin 1975-1984 and Evolution Big Twin 1984-1999.
