BYPASS MODULE STOCK “ACTIVE EXHAUST SYSTEM”
The Active Exhaust System (AES) was introduced on the European 2007 Big Twin models. It is an ECM-controlled electric motor to open or close a valve in the exhaust system to meet the EU exhaust noise standards. For those who want to install a complete aftermarket exhaust system it is necessary to trick the ECM “Fault” warning module to prevent the warning light coming on on the dash. The Zodiac Bypass Module plugs into the stock wiring harness, replaces the signal from the original motor and stops the light coming on.
