This Panhead D-ring is made from a Solid Steel Core fully encapsulated with a thin layer of high-temperature NBR rubber to ensure outstanding torque retention. For a superior seal to stamped steel, chrome plated, and cast type of covers, thick perimeter beads on two sides are provided. Sold in pairs.
