Ness gas caps include a CNC machined billet aluminum base and removable billet center gas cap. They are drastically easier to refuel the gas tank. Factory gas caps open from one side only, resulting in limited fill angles and having to adjust the handlebars when refueling. Come with Viton seals for long-term durability. Fit all Touring CVO 2023 to present and Road Glide and Street Glide 2024 to present. All gas caps are vented type and sold each.

Note: Screw-in style gas caps In 2018 “The Factory” made a change in the gas cap bung and thread pitch. This change also applies to OEM replacement fuel tanks for earlier models supplied from early 2018 onwards. Gas caps listed as for “through early 2018” do NOT fit fuel tanks that are marked R090 or R091 as shown in the picture.
