Fits all Touring 1987-2013 and Trike 2009-2013, except models with fender lights, Front fender (OEM 59045-00B, 59087-00B, 59093-00B & 59093-87B), Front Fender Unpainted FLH/T89-13,

Raw steel fender, requires drilling the holes for the fender trims for your application. It is strongly recommended to test-fit the fender before drilling holes and paint work. Does not fit models with fender lights.
