With a size of only 50mm x 52mm x 12,5mm this is the world’s smallest electronic control box that works with standard handlebar switches or your choice of five or two momentary push buttons. Controls ignition, starter relay, turn signals including the status LED in the speedo, horn, high and low beam, side stand security switch, neutral light. The built-in turn signal relay has a hazard light function and works with led or bulb-style turn signals at a in “90 flash-per-minute” constant velocity. The turn signal relay can also be programmed to switch off automatically after 40 flashes. The box even works with Harley-Davidson TSM and TSSM security modules. You can use 0.14mm2 (26 AWG) wire for inputs, 0.75mm2 (19 AWG) wire for power outputs and 1.5mm2 (16 AWG) for the main power line. Maximum output for the headlight is 5 Amps and 3 Amps for all other outputs. The Elektronikbox Version D has various easy to program function that are clearly described in the installation instructions.

Note: When you do not need to control a neutral switch and/or a side stand switch and/or ignition and/or the brake light we recommend the ZPN 749503 Elektronikbox Version H.
